So i hadn't heard of this book before i started my blog, i actually learned about it after i entered the blogging world. So when i saw it at the library last week even though i shouldn't have i picked it up, because i wanted something new to read. I actually finished it a lot quicker then i thought i would which is really good for me. Kiersten White did an amazing job with this book i really really loved it! There's so much to say about this book that i don't know where to start so i'll start with the characters as usual.

My favorite character was of course Lend =) I know he was like a shape shifter so he was basically a paranormal but the way the book described him and the way that Evie saw him it made me fall in love with him. I could picture him perfectly and in my mind he's so hot!! I knew right away that something was going to go on with the two of them too because of how they acted in the very beginning. I know i say this about all the couples at the end of the book, but i really thought Evie and Lend where the best couple of all. They were so cute together and they stayed with each other even when they learned disturbing secrets about each other that was the best. I hope to see more of the two of them when i get my hands on the next book.

Evie's whole part in the IPCA i thought was pretty cool at first, i thought that was going to be her place throughout the whole series but i guess i was wrong. I thought the plot was pretty cool i loved the fact that she can see through the glamours because there could be many good parts to that but also many bad parts to that. I never thought she was something else until i learned that she was a level seven, and i won't tell you what that is because that'd be a spoiler and i'm really trying to keep those out! After finishing the book i'm still a little confused on what exactly Evie is so i'm hoping to find out in the next book. The next character relationship i thought was cool was Evie and Raquel's I really enjoyed there relationship because it was the closest thing that Evie had to a mom, and that was really special to me because i don't know what i would do without my mom id probably freak out but Evie managed to survive without one for a while but i'm glad she got Raquel. I'm hoping that they reunite in the next book.

So what did everyone think about Reth? At first i thought that they were going to be the romance in the story until Lend's character was introduced. But i have to say i don't like Reth at all. I was yelling at him through the whole book. The only thing i wish i could change was having a little bit more background information about what happened between the two of them, because i know she said what happened over and over but every time she said something about it i still didn't understand what happened. So if anyone could be really nice and enlighten me i'd really appreciate it!

Oh i can't forget about Lish! She was an awesome character in the book and i was so sad to learn what happened to her. It sucked because Evie barley had anyone and Lish was her best friend i was so so mad at Vivian! Well after all that i can't wait to read the next book for so many reasons but mostly because i need to find out what Evie really is, because i'm still a little foggy with that but i'm thinking it's okay because she's still a little foggy with it herself!
