Facts about The Do Over
By A.L. Zaun

The prologue was based on real-life events.

Lincoln Road and Van Dykes are actual places

Shake Shack does have the best burgers

Team Kindle Rocks and we should have T-shirts

Originally, Dani had 3 friends, Gracie, Macy and Candace.

Madison was not originally part of the story, but when she was brought in, their relationship was going to be extremely platonic.

I used 3 Points of View because

I wanted the reader to know what was really going on.  If you didn't have Rick's POV, then the reader might be deceived by his actions.  I also wanted to showcase his reform because we always read how the badboy changes because he wants the girl, and I wanted to show that.  Well, Rick was stubborn and didn't cooperate as much as I had originally thought.  But I think it was very “realistic.”

I was told early on by a couple betas to get rid of Liam's POV because he was the nice guy.  I disagreed, and I'm happy that I stuck with it.  I think Liam is an amazing character, and what girl wouldn't want to be loved by him?
