About a week ago I came across a pretty cool post by Estelle & Magan over at Rather Be Reading and I liked it so much that I decided I wanted to copy but will full credit of course =) Exactly what there doing which is reflecting on the goals they made at the beginning of the year and telling us how there doing with those goals so here is my reflections!
1. Read 100 books:
I'm having a little trouble getting the picture of my 2012 GoodReads Reading Challenge so I'm just going to tell you. My goal is the same as last year because I didn't make my goal last year! It sucks but I'm determined to make it this year =) I'm a tad bit behind but I'm going to make it I swear!
2. Read a lot more ARCs and Participate in more Blog tours/hops:
Woot woot! The year is only half over and I already completed this goal! I read about 3 or 4 ARCS every month and I participate in 8 or 9 Blog Tours every month! If you want to see the current tours i'm participating look over to the left (you might have to scroll a little) and it will show you the tours that are comming up soon =)
3. Write atleast one post a day:
So far I've been doing pretty good with this goal. I've been posting everyday except the few days that I didn't have internet I wasn't able to post anything but I've made up for it by posting two posts a day a few times!
4. To get over 200 followers:
I almost have this goal completed as well. Right now I have 195 followers so 6 more and I have over 200! I'm so excited because I never thought I would be able to get that many followers but I'm doing awesome =)
My Favorite Reads (so far):
Favorite Book: Tiger's Curse by Colleen Houck
Favorite Cover: The Immortal Rules by Julie Kagawa
Favorite Author: Kelley Armstrong
Favorite Male Character: Daniel from The Savage Grace
Favorite Female Character: Belly from The Summer I Turned Pretty
Favorite Bookish Couple: Beth & George from Summer Boys
Paige! 200 books is such an incredible goal! I have no idea how you do it. I'm so impressed because running a blog is SO hard. I'm thankful (daily) to have Estelle to help run RBR with me. I don't know that I could manage it on my own. Daily posts + so much reading = A LOT OF WORK!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you decided to participate and share your goals/progress! Keep up the awesome work!
